Adam Oliver
Founder & CEO
Adam has over fifteen years of experience in technology shipping software for startups, growth stage businesses, and enterprises. Prior to founding Crafted in 2018, he helped grow the product design and product management practices at Pivotal Software, eventually leading to their IPO. His technology background spans software development, product management, and design where he has both executed and grown teams.
Adam earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2004, and an MBA from University of Colorado at Denver in 2012. In his free time, Adam will be found with his wife, kids and as many friends and family as possible taking advantage of all the activities that Colorado has to offer.
Charlotte Cunningham
Product Designer
Charlotte has worked as a product designer in the consultancy space for over five years and has been challenged with everything from orthodontics to obituaries. When she’s not looking for the next design problem to solve, she’s chilling with her cat, baking sweet treats, or discovering a new craft method to master!
Head of Product Design
Aaron is a product designer with twenty years of experience in a diverse range of methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative research, information architecture and interaction design. Outside of work, Aaron is a renowned expert on the history and production of gin (the spirit) and enjoys traveling to new places in search of great food and drink.
Cappy Hausfeld
Senior Software Engineer
Cappy has been writing software for nearly a decade in California, Texas, Colorado, and Berlin (sprichst du Deutsch?). She has been a consultant for more than half her career and is passionate about utilizing pair programming whenever possible. When she's not hacking the mainframe, Cappy spends her time climbing, snowboarding, and teaching her rescue dog how to hike.
Product Practice Lead/Head of Product Management
Laura discovered Product Management seven years ago as she was trying to combine her passion for fashion with technology by helping her company build their first iOS app. Since then, she moved to Colorado to pursue a career working with startups. While her love for the mountains has grown, her love for the beach is unrivaled. When she is not in the elements, you can find her traveling across the country and testing every coffee shop for the perfect chai latte.
Natalie Gale
Senior Marketing Manager
Natalie has over nine years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and content strategy across large enterprise companies and small startups. She is passionate about traveling with her husband, fitness, and being obsessed with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Boris (yes, that is a hobby).
Ted Poatsy
Software Engineer
Ted has five years of experience developing applications including internal tools, data-management platforms, and customer-facing applications. Outside of work, he’s probably playing a puzzle game, out on a run, or trying another spicy chicken sandwich recipe.
Head of Engineering
Kyle is passionate about building well-balanced and high-performing software teams that ship impactful solutions. After a long day of architectural meetings, slinging code, and connecting with the Colorado Tech community, you’ll find Kyle unwinding at a local brewery, out in nature to disconnect, or chasing his kids around the house.
James Hammond
Senior Software Engineer
James has spent the last decade exploring Domain Driven Design and modern frontend practices. He isn't afraid to dive into a new path headfirst, even if that new mountain biking path once led to two broken elbows. When he's not coding or cycling, James enjoys running around with his wife, son, and two daughters.
Josh Ladd
Software Engineer
Josh's experience in computing spans from data science to virtual reality. Over the past four years, he's focused on refining his skills as a software engineer, with a strong interest in DevOps and automation. Outside of work, Josh enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors with his pets, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends.
